Thirty years of taking products from idea to production
Infinite Networks Inc. has been building and operating technology infrastructure since 1996. What began as network engineering has grown into a custom software practice: zero-to-one platforms, fractional CTO and CEO leadership, SRE, IT cost control, automated messaging, agentic AI and IT security, all run from our own datacentre.
We like standing up new platforms. The ambiguous middle of a new product, where there is no playbook yet, is the work others fear. We’ve done it before: co-founded a platform and sold it, rebuilt mission-critical systems in crisis, and today we architect and ship production systems with agentic AI, backend, frontend and mobile, from idea to shipped product.
Along the way we have had the opportunity to work with some great companies, Hitachi, Peloton Interactive, Sun Life, General Mills and Google among them, as well as dozens of growing businesses.
Owner-led
Every engagement is anchored by a principal engineer with three decades of platform work: co-founding and selling a platform, engineering leadership at enterprise scale, and rescue work inside companies whose systems had outgrown them. When a project calls for more hands, we bring them; we have directed teams of up to fifty. What never changes is the anchor: the senior engineer who takes your call stays accountable and leads the build, or the response.
Rescue work is a steady part of the practice. A growing company can outrun the infrastructure that got it started: systems assembled under deadline, maintained by whoever was nearest, documented nowhere. By the time we get the call, the shortcuts have become the foundation and the exit is hard to see. We arrive calm, take stock, take control, and then finish the job properly: control handed back to the owner, documented and defensible.

- Privacy by architecture: data stays on hardware we control, with cloud capacity used only where it earns its keep.
- Done is better than perfect, and shipped is better than promised.
Where your systems live
We house a small datacentre of our own for security and privacy, rather than defaulting to outsourced cloud hosting, while still leveraging cloud providers where they make sense. For most clients the hybrid approach also produces significant cost savings over an all-cloud footprint.
