We run our own infrastructure precisely because we care about who holds data. This policy describes what this website collects, which is very little, and what happens to it. If anything here is unclear, ask us.
What we collect
The contact form. If you write to us we collect what you type: your name, a callback phone number, your message, and optionally your email address and company. That information is stored on our own servers and relayed to us as a text message so we can respond. We use it to respond to you, and for nothing else.
Server logs. Like nearly every website, our servers record technical details of each request (IP address, browser identification, pages requested) in operational logs. We use these for security and troubleshooting, and they age out in the ordinary course of log rotation.
Nothing else. This site has no advertising, no analytics trackers, no social-media pixels and no third-party fonts or scripts. Nothing on these pages phones home to anyone but us. The site sets a session cookie only where it is technically necessary (for example, the staff sign-in area) and a security token that protects the contact form from forgery. Neither tracks you across other sites.
Where it lives
Contact messages and this website are hosted on hardware we own, in our own facility in Canada. Delivering the text-message relay involves our SMS carrier processing the message content, the same way any SMS transits a carrier. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information with anyone, and we disclose it only if the law requires us to.
Your choices
If you would like the contents of a message you sent us corrected or deleted, contact us and we will take care of it. Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. Material changes will be noted plainly rather than buried.
